Oms, Gnomes, and Poems
Two Shores
While sitting along a river bank
Into my mind I slowly sank
From an Infinite that
To an Infinite this
With Infinite knowledge
And Infinite bliss
The Well Wisher
Some say, someday
Someday, someway
Some say, one day
Happiness will stay
Some say, one day
Someday, some way
Some say, someday
Relativity
To the Rags
And given Bags
I leave so graciously
To take the Halls
And crystal walls
To smile unto thee
To the Halls
And crystal walls
I leave so graciously
To take the Rags
And given Bags
To smile unto thee
Arise
Oh be the eyes
By which sorrow does not see
In such a land
Of open skies, flowers, trees
So shall this land be me
Oh be the ears
By which grace is heard
Unto the sounds of purity
Where life lies undisturbed
Oh shall this sound be me
Oh be the voice
Which speaks the breath of truth
Where in grows
The dawn of happiness, joy and youth
So shall this truth be me
Evening Whisper
The voice echoed throughout the canyon.
Speaking of a saga of man in which had
been laid a soul.
A soul as big as the universe and a spirit
that whispers a breeze soft as the night.
To sing in a wind that would touch the eyes
of the moon and circle the warmth of the sun.

Readers eyes
Readers nose
Readers hands
Readers toes
Reads so many
In every way
Reads the headlines
Of the day
Reads the charts
Without a doubt
He reads himself
Inside-out
Evolution
Come light do pray
Hither to stay
In cycles of rebirth
But be the sun,
Father in one
Stardust turning to Earth
So round you go
To find a hole
Leading where life began
Following not
Familiar thought
To touch upon true sand
Devotion
A silent whisper brought forth
In a moment of love
As the nightingale and swallow
Sweep the stars above
Along the path in silence there
I venture for to see,
That golden light of celestial life,
Radiant amidst the sea,
Behold, the wings of an angel I say
The time shall come to rest
But now for this befaring cobbler
The hour approached its best,
And in the maze of celestial haze
The days passed quickly there,
Where upon coming out
Robbed of all doubt and despair
Alas, from the heart a whisper
Oh Lord, I am but a pebble
To your infinite beach,
A star to your galaxies,
You are the soil to my garden,
The sap to my growing tree
Thus I shall take my dust and go
Speaking of and living thy grace
From beginning to end,
And, yes, my Lord
It’s not a cobbler that’s been lost
But you’ve gained a devoted friend
Down to the Last Drop
When the morning sun comes shining thru
I wake to another cup of coffee
And a how do you do
Good morning, hello, a smile on your face
Dressed and ready for the human race
That’s why my thirst just won’t stop
I’m going to drink your love
Down to the last drop
From morning to night, I can’t stop
I’m going to drink your love
Down to the last drop
Down to the last drop
Quick to stand when there’s something to say
A rock to lean on on a rainy day
Straight to the point, always on center
A friend for life, a partner, a mentor
Blue sky above let your light shine thru
Coloring the path each day we renew
Thoughts bring light to our every action
Creating a world with positive reaction
Rivers of Time
Come and sit down by my side
And we will talk for awhile
Reminisce about the days of old
And how we crossed the River Nile
From bank to bank
From shore to shore
We always seem to give each other more
You in your way and me in mine
We walked in step
We walked in step across the rivers of time
Vagabonds in the heat of night
Our mustang rolled across the lowlands
Wondering just how long we’d last
Reflections from the River Rio Grand
Do you remember the starlit nights
We ate and smoked with the Navajo
Things were so much simpler then
Drifting down the River Colorado
Yes, we walk in step and
We dance in time
You in your way and me in mine
Hand in hand, sorrow left behind
We opened up our hearts
We opened up our minds too
Cross the rivers of time
From bank to bank
From shore to shore
Our rivers run forever more
You in your way, me in mine
We walk in step, yes, we walk in step
To cross the rivers of time
Infusion
Inside
We have the Grace
Outside
We have the Race
Infuse the two
Come up like new
And set an even Pace
Round Table
He who sits at the
Head of the Table
Need not worry
For he is surrounded
By those who are able
He who is able
Need not worry
For he shall always
Reach the Table
Cycles
He watched
The wheel turn
Then,
It was his turn
Eternity
Mighty are the mountain tops
Mighty is a lone tear drop
Mighty is the coming tide
Mighty is that mighty I
For there is one commonness
That fills every side
For there is one commonness
To all it does give rise
Flowing are the creeks and streams
Flowing is the child’s hair
Flowing is a life we live
Flowing is forever there
As there is one commonness
Which fills every side
As there is one commonness
To all it does give rise
Drinking is a thirsty man
Drinking from a given hand
Drinking is to satisfy
Drinking life is oh so grand
So it is this commonness
That fills every side
So it is that commonness
To all it does give rise
I Am
Oh, ever present, all knowing
Eternal and unbounded being
From this I view,
From this I breathe
And this is all of that
Which I am seeing
Oh, unmanifest, absolute
Pure bliss consciousness,
Of this I am,
Of this I shall remain
And of this, I shall forever be
Six Feet Under
Willows weep, sunflower smile
Time shapes the lay of land
Hours stretch a sun unbaked mile
Building castles in the sand
So we walk the line from old to younger
In the rain, lightening, thunder
Thru fertile fields of nature’s wonder
To the crossroads of a breath of life or
“Six Feet Under”
Smile to the morning sun
Feel a breeze on your face
Ready for a daily run
Shades of age and grace
Fill the air with talk and laughter
Work and carrying on
Family and friends come together
Breaking bread and singing song
Let time lighten a heavy load
And dreams too unwind the night
Rise to see the dawn unfold
In pastel colored light
Freedom
Free the Hands
Free the Mind
Freedom from
Whatever Binds
Satwa, Rajas, & Tamas
Guna, Guna
Whirlin’ sound
Guna, Guna
Vibrate a town
Guna, Guna
Twirlin’ three
Guna, Guna
A part from me
What do you think
Is a kiss in the Hand
Better than two in the Bush
A New Day
Some sing the song of the kind
Many play the game of the mind
So as Ma may change her seasons
So shall her children find rules and reasons
Oh come my love
Come to me
Take and lead me to the sea
A memory unleashed
No bounds to flee
Touched by a kiss of dew
Homeward to that Old Country
A rainbow carpet
A dream untold
Walk upon the heavens
A love to behold
Now full in mind
Body and Soul
Now to enjoy
As life unfolds
And so my love has come to me
Took and led me to the sea
A memory unleashed
No bounds to flee
Touched by a kiss of dew
Homeward to that Old Country
Embraced in rays of orchid and lime
High above consumed in the warmth of sunshine
Come across that threshold of time
Eternal life now yours and mine
Oh since my love has come to me
That took and led me to the sea
A memory unleashed
No bounds to flee
Touched by a kiss of dew
Homeward to that Old Country
Vishnu
I think of the stars
As sparklers in the hand
Of he who grows
Infinite through man
Raising the planets upon
A nimble finger
Generating life which
Does not linger
So beaded is the necklace
Of galaxies
Placed about his head,
Arms and knees
Something
With nothing in my hand
I walk a nowhere land
Such vastness in my hat
‘n space in my boots
Watch with eyes of endlessness
Feed only upon truths
Singing the song of infinity
Thoughts of unboundedness
A way that is still unmanifest
To bathe in an ocean of bliss
Expansion
What does man search for
A greater field of knowledge
A vast worldly rapport
The stillness of the forest green
The wideness of the blue
A feeling for the senses keen
To catch the morning dew
All sails set for lands afar
Or is it just to laugh
To ripen the growth of
Material life
To fulfill one’s spiritual path
A Feeling Came
A feeling came
When I was young
It’s plain to see
We only have in life
What we care to see
The glitter and the fantasies
Shall come to pass
But what we have inside
Shall forever last, forever last
Don’t turn your head
No don’t you turn away
Rest your weary bones
Watch the child play
For in their motion
Lies a potion of the truth
It’s not the age that sets the stage
I say there’s timeless proof
Timeless proof
Often wondered what
Would become of my life
I’ve had love and sorrow
Wealth and strife
And thru it all
I always did the best I could
And if I never did
Always thought I would
I thought I would
So don’t turn your head
No don’t you turn away
Rest your weary bones
And watch the child play
For in their motion
Lies a potion of the truth
It’s not the age that sets the stage
I say there’s timeless proof
Timeless proof
Desert Rain
Walk along the foothills
Smell the desert sage
Sand slips thru your fingers
As does each passing day
There is no place to go to
No need to go anywhere else
Feel at home in the desert rain
As you feel at home with yourself
Desert rain, it’s coming down
In the desert you are never
Lost or found
Desert rain, it’s all around
In the desert, you’re never alone
In the desert, you’re always at home
In the desert
In the desert rain
See the desert flower
Smell the cactus rose
Feel the warming sun on your skin
As the desert wind it blows
Valleys from the runoff water
Reptiles run thru your veins
Feel the warming sun on your skin
As you cross the desert plain
Mystic Red Rock mountains
Follow the terrain
Into the valley of fire
From far away people came
See the sun and stars
Feel young and alive
In the desert, it’s well known that
Only the strong survive
San Bernadino
It’s 50 miles to Victorville,
But I’ve got the back to San Bernardino blues
Since I left my baby, I put my mobile on cruise
Saw that train rolling over the mountain
Engineer’s a cursing with his hand
In the caboose I say, I say there stood my lady
Saying I’m going to go out and discover this American land
San Bernardino, how I, how I got the blues
Pretty San Bernardino, how did I, how did I ever choose you
Think I’ll lay back, dream awhile
While the pawn takes the queen
When I awake, maybe I’ll smile
For that’s where I had once been
Saw that train rolling over the mountain
Engineer’s a cursing with his hand
In the caboose there stood my lady
Saying I’m going to go out and discover this American land
50 miles to Victorville
Got the San Bernardino blues
I’ll lay back and dream awhile
For that’s where I had been
Drink the Water
40 days of bad road
Heading to the river
To loosen my load
And I’ll drink the water
Feel the sun
Travel to the mountain
To shoot my gun
That’s just the way
It is you see
That’s just the way
It appears to be
30 years living underground
People up above
Running round n round n round
I’ll drink the water
Feel the sun
Head to the lowlands
Where the rivers run
20 days on the open sea
From San Francisco Bay
To Galilee
And I drank the water
Felt the sun
Followed the stars
When each day was done
10 days to find dry land
And touch my toes
To the warming sand
So I drink the water
Feel the sun
From pacific coast shoreline
To Galveston
Not Far Away
Something in
Something out
Oh so near
Where to scout
The boy was sent
To learn about
Something in
Something out
Something old
Something new
One is one
Minus two
The King he sat
And quietly drew
Something old
Something new
Something clear
Something bright
Dissolves the day
Beyond the night
Deep in the eye
Formless by sight
Something clear
Something bright
Transcend
I turned and saw
What my eyes could not see
I’ve learned to draw
What might have never been
And in these days
So wonderful and free
All I’ve learned
Is learning me
Morning Memory
I feel a star,
A morning memory seasoned
With a land afar
Blossoms a flower
Unto which shall unfold
A dove of paradise and
In her arms shall hold
A fruit of life
So ripe for awakening
As the end presents the beginning
With love in the making
Cala Millor
As I sit so reverently
My eyes upon the stilling sea
I care to vision of the day
When laughter rings and children play
The petals and the flowers bloom
A song of joy from noon to noon
Infinite days and infinite bliss
The joining of our happiness
And man shall know the meaning of
Permanent joy, eternal love
Alas, I say, oh shall it be
This feeling of serenity
Forever there for you and me
Forever there I plainly see
As I sit so reverently
My eyes upon this stilling sea
Angelica
Her eyes touched by a kiss
Of the blue sky
High with the heavens above
She moved with such grace
Of a swan
Held with the softness
Of the night’s white dove
Blessed she was
In a world of love
Two Fold
It’s knowledge to know Oneself
It’s divine to be Oneself
Love
Love is a raven to her tree
A runner to his mile
As grace flows between disciple and master
It’s devotion of every style
Love warms the chill of young child’s woe
Passes not he who is old or new
So swelling within the innocent
Spurs the heart to be just and true
Love binds to liberate
Unto infinite value and no less
And excites the thirst of man to know
The goal of “That thou art” and
“Thou art all of this”
Love brings the waves of unity
To touch the heart of man
So molds the path of eternity
Joins island to its sand
Love is of the sage who has come this day
To give experience and knowledge
Of inner being
Love shall always change but
Shall not come to pass
It’s divine in its divinity
So as I raise my eyes to see
The heavens and galaxies above
So do I know there for you and me
Endless is the story of love
No Time to Waste
One who waits
Does just that
Expression
A scent of love brought in
A moment of whisper
For a tear of sadness to be
Stolen into a smile of happiness
Oh, to unlock that eternal chain of memory
The pureness of the beginning
Yes, to be held within is to be held without
So may love be within
So may love be without
For life, death may only be
An expression of love
Sea Change
Sail away
Sail across the water
Sail on the sea change
Let the sea change me
All in the mist of the morning
Out of darkness, out of rain
Sea change is riding water
Of the tides of the sea
Sail away
Sail across the water
Sail on the sea change
Let the sea change me
Let the sea change me
Lightly travel light of summer
On a destination unknown
Work each day with each other
Sea change will take us home
Riding the waters
Riding the tides of sea
Sail on the sea change
Let the sea change me
Sail away
Sail across the water
Sail on the sea change
Let the sea change me
Let the sea change me
Let the sea change me
Silence
Brothers
The sun rises high
With eyes of the sky we watch
The song and laughter
Carried by the sea
The still and quiet
Held by the tree
Who hears a flute
From the heavens
With showers of the lute
We played in the lowlands
Liberation
Wanting to do
Just whatever you can
For any race, color
Or creed of man
Giving what you’ve got
Of those feelings inside
To help your fellow man
You know you don’t
Have to hide
So as it stands
You know we all
Are brother and son
To bring alive
That cosmic side
In everyone
Seven Seas
I’ve touched my toes
To the silken sand
Sailed the seven seas
Passed gracefully through
The pages of time
Caught the wings of serenity
And now the dawn
In crimson stares
As I tread this border line
On one the field
Of change lies there
The other beyond
Space and time
So I sail
A captain bold
My armor is
Truth and love
With knowledge of
The absolute
All banners rise high above
Steadfast am I
All sails set
My course is charted now
To sail the borders
Of unbounded life
I stand calm upon her bow
Oh hail,
To relative life
And hail to infinity
And glory to
Those who chart
And sail the seven seas
